  • Provide complete, accurate, and timely financial data and documentation

  • Cooperate and respond to communications within a reasonable time frame

  • Review deliverables promptly and report concerns within 10 business days

3. Payment Terms

  • All services are billed in accordance with the rates and packages discussed in your engagement agreement

  • Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated

  • Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly interest fee or the maximum allowed by law

  • We reserve the right to pause or terminate services for non-payment

4. Refund Policy

Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details. Refunds are limited due to the custom and time-sensitive nature of our services. Prepaid services may be eligible for a partial or full refund depending on the stage of service delivery.

5. Confidentiality

We take client confidentiality seriously. Your data and financial information will only be accessed by authorized staff and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law or authorized by you in writing.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, you acknowledge that no online system is entirely secure, and we are not liable for unauthorized access outside our control.

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided on our website and in deliverables (excluding client-supplied materials) is the intellectual property of Superior Ledger Services and may not be reproduced or distributed without our written consent.

8. Limitations of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Errors resulting from incomplete or inaccurate data provided by the client

  • Financial outcomes resulting from the use or misuse of our services

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination:

  • All outstanding fees must be paid in full

  • Work completed up to the termination date will be delivered

  • We reserve the right to retain copies of records for legal and compliance purposes

10. Governing Law
