Cancellation Policy

Appointments are scheduled based on availability and are not confirmed until you receive a booking confirmation from Superior Ledger Services. Please provide accurate contact information and complete any requested forms before your appointment so we can make the best use of our scheduled time. Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, repeated rescheduling, or missed appointments may require prepayment before another appointment can be booked. Any applicable booking fee or deposit will be disclosed before payment is requested. Clients who arrive late may receive a shortened appointment so that other scheduled appointments are not delayed. If you are more than 15 minutes late without contacting us, the appointment may be treated as a missed appointment. When an appointment time is unavailable, you may request to join the waitlist. Openings will be offered in the order requests are received. Waitlist availability is not guaranteed, and you may be given a limited amount of time to accept an available appointment before it is offered to another client. Superior Ledger Services reserves the right to reschedule or cancel an appointment due to illness, emergencies, technical difficulties, or other unexpected circumstances. When possible, reasonable notice and an alternative appointment time will be provided. Booking a service indicates that you understand and agree to this policy. Ongoing accounting or controller services may also require a separate service agreement outlining the scope of work, payment terms, responsibilities, and cancellation requirements.
